I'm a writer and performer on the Pack Theater House Sketch Team "Hot City." I was a writer for the 2018 CBS Diversity Sketch Comedy Showcase, I hosted a long-running sketch show at the UCB Inner Sanctum, and I wrote, directed, and performed in videos for the independent sketch team "Macho."

"Hi, I'm stoner underachiever  Bode."

Smiley commercial shot!

Somewhat serious theatrical shot

So serious. Do not mess with.

Bio and Resume

Jordan Sara Kurtzman was raised in Brookline, MA on a steady diet of 1940’s screwball comedies and Mel Brooks. She attended Boston University, and moved to Los Angeles the day after graduating college. She studied Meisner technique at the Elizabeth Mestnik School of acting, where she learned that it’s possible to ugly-cry on stage, and improv and sketch comedy writing at the Upright Citizens Brigade, where she learned how to channel her obsessive, left-brain love of patterns and logic into comedy. She was a writer for the  2018 CBS Diversity Sketch Comedy Showcase, and as a sketch writer and performer, she's performed at Upright Citizens Brigade,  Comedy Central Stage, the Pack Theater, and other venues. She is currently a writer and performer on the Pack Theater house sketch team "Hot City." She performs stand-up comedy at various comedy spots around LA, from comedy clubs to house party shows.
